  Ms. Hierbaum’s practice includes all aspects of family law including the trial and settlement of marital dissolutions, spousal and child support, and complex asset characterization and division issues. Ms. Hierbaum handles high conflict custody and visitation disputes, including relocation issues, parental right termination and contested adoption proceedings, and cases involving domestic violence. Ms. Hierbaum also provides mediation consulting services, and drafts premarital, postnuptial and marital settlement agreements. Ms. Hierbaum’s practice includes probate and trust litigation and estate planning.
• Child Custody and Visitation
  Ms. Sadler’s practice includes all aspects of the trial and settlement of complex marital and domestic partnership dissolutions, complex asset division, business valuation, child and spousal support, and child custody. Ms. Sadler has litigated and negotiated cases involving characterization and division of equity compensation, business and art valuations, international child custody move-aways, child custody evaluations and domestic violence.

• Premarital Agreement
  Ms. Moser was a contributing editor of Approaching a Marital Dissolution and was a consultant for the Action Guide, Planning and Conducting Family Law Discovery, published by the California Continuing Education of the Bar. She recently contributed to The Road To Independence, a book published by the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. Ms. Moser lectures statewide for CEB and other organizations on issues including How to Have a Fiscally Sound Marriage, How to Handle a Marital Dissolution, and Estate Planning in the Context of Divorce. Ms. Moser was a featured radio guest on public radio station KALW’s “Your Legal Rights” on the subject of Premarital Agreements. Ms. Moser volunteers for and was the Co-Chair of the Kids’ Turn Gala in 2011 and 2012.  She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Northern California Lawyers and one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers by SuperLawyers annually since 2011.
• Spousal Support
  Ms. Moser served on the University of San Francisco School of Law Board of Governors, guest lectures at local Law Schools on issues including family law practice, business valuations, and child and spousal support, and was a founding member and serves as a Mentor for University of San Francisco’s Women Lawyers Committee Mentor Program. She is a member of The Battery in San Francisco and is an active participant in the Battery Powered Philanthropy Program.

  Ms. Nusinow has been practicing family law since 2010 and exclusively since 2013. She is involved in a variety of practice areas within the firm, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and support, spousal support, property valuation and division of property, post-divorce issues/support & custody modifications, and domestic violence restraining orders.

  Ms. Kaye frequently serves as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge for the Family Law Bench Bar program in the Marin County Superior Court, as a Settlement Judge for the San Francisco County Superior Court, and as an Arbitrator for the Bar Association of San Francisco Fee Dispute Panel. Ms. Kaye served on the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Advisory Commission of the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California, was a consultant to the Estate Planning Subcommittee of the CEB Joint Advisory Committee, was the Vice-Chair of the Queen’s Bench Domestic Violence Committee, and is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of the Harvard Club of San Francisco. She lectures attorneys, accountants, educators, professional organizations and non-profit groups throughout California on various Family Law and Estate Planning topics. She is frequently asked to give presentations on her areas of expertise.
