Ms. Hierbaum handles high conflict custody and visitation disputes, including relocation issues, parental right termination and contested adoption proceedings, and cases involving domestic violence. Ms. Hierbaum also provides mediation consulting services, and drafts premarital, postnuptial and marital settlement agreements. Ms. Sadler has litigated and negotiated cases involving characterization and division of equity compensation, business and art valuations, international child custody move-aways, child custody evaluations and domestic violence.

- Premarital AgreementMs. Moser was a contributing editor of Approaching a Marital Dissolution and was a consultant for the Action Guide, Planning and Conducting Family Law Discovery, published by the California Continuing Education of the Bar. She recently contributed to The Road To Independence, a book published by the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. Ms. Moser lectures statewide for CEB and other organizations on issues including How to Have a Fiscally Sound Marriage, How to Handle a Marital Dissolution, and Estate Planning in the Context of Divorce. Ms. Moser was a featured radio guest on public radio station KALW’s “Your Legal Rights” on the subject of Premarital Agreements. Ms. Moser volunteers for and was the Co-Chair of the Kids’ Turn Gala in 2011 and 2012. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Northern California Lawyers and one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers by SuperLawyers annually since 2011.
- Spousal SupportMs. Moser served on the University of San Francisco School of Law Board of Governors, guest lectures at local Law Schools on issues including family law practice, business valuations, and child and spousal support, and was a founding member and serves as a Mentor for University of San Francisco’s Women Lawyers Committee Mentor Program. She is a member of The Battery in San Francisco and is an active participant in the Battery Powered Philanthropy Program.
