J.R. Spencer Construction is a local 2nd generation family owned business that has been servicing the Central Coast since 1977 and has specialized in foundation repair and support for the last 25 years. We offer services for the smallest homeowner project all the way to large commercial projects. Our services include lifting and stabilizing existing structures, support for new structures, tiebacks for retaining walls and sea walls and limited access installations. In addition, we also provide complete foundation replacement services. We always use the safest and most efficient procedures for your particular project. And most importantly we treat every project as if it were our own.
