Our service technicians average over 7 years of experience and have all completed a comprehensive training program. The technicians combined with our knowledgeable office staff, help us to deliver our clients the best customer service in the industry. In December of 2003, John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, Inc. was purchased by Larry Gillis & Associates. Larry Gillis brings over 30 years of experience in the drain cleaning industry. He was President of Twirl Corporation which owned and operated Roto-Rooter franchises in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Birmingham, Alabama and Cincinnati, Ohio for 18 years. Before retiring, he served as President and CEO of Roto-Rooter, Inc., a national and international service company.

Everything was done very very fast and even better than i expected. I called them and they were here within the same hour.

They cleared the drain from the house to the road for use and they did the camera for me too. It was pretty great and neat how they use a camera to see what is in the drains causing the issues, really beautiful pictures. The guys did a great job and the price was fair. They do work for my company too so I trust them and know they do a good job!
