Boy, I sure wish I'd looked at Yelp, CitySearch and BBB first. They have a horrible record with each, for good reason. The repairman ruined the electronics of my stove by trying to attach a wire that he'd messed up, without turning off the electricity (which I had been doing at his request, whenever he asked). Although they gave me a loaner, it was not anywhere near the equal of my stove, so I was sorely inconvenienced for 2 weeks. They then charged me $240 for repairing the original problem, which involved a $25 part and probably 10 minutes. I have little doubt that the $240 was designed to cover some of their costs in fixing their mistake, because they refused to explain how the $240 was calculated.

I highly recommend you avoid Jimmy Z Appliance Services at all costs. No one from this company has attempted to contact me to resolve the harm/damage they did to my refrigerator. They did a service repair to put in a small drain heater that was installed and wired into the fan motor damaging the motor and it fried the control board. The refrigerator stop working and it was only 1 1/2yrs. old. When I called and sent a letter to resolve this issue I got no response. Company's earn the right to serve customers. They need to up their game or go out of business. Use Zimmy Z Appliance Services at your own risk and dont expect much if they cause harm or damage to your appliance.
