Hi, my name is Judon Casias and I'm the founder and owner of J.E.T. Limousine world wide. I have made 99% of my customers ecstatic, if not just very happy. Tom is the 1% I couldn't please and like his comment said, because he mad e a 5 minute stop. Every one knows if you use more services you pay for more services. Pilot tom knows that the company he flys for would not just let a passenger land some where along the way even if it is just for 5 minutes. The majority of the $90.00 was the hour wait because tom arranged for my service last minute and said they would be in at a certain time and arrived an hour later. Yes we do keep track of flights but some time private aircraft don't file. Unless the pilot calls and says don't come earlier then we don't. Most people flying private would rather keep that car there and pay because the passenger is that high maintenance. Tom thought his passengers were like that but they apparently didn't want to pay the high maintenance fees most private will and don't mind paying the difference as long as I was there at the time the client request. The FBO can vouch that my car and driver were there at the requested time. I'm still the jet centers 1st choice. And I do say that humbly and great full to be. I did get paid for my services because the credit card company found I did and had verified we did have waiting time and toms admittance to making extra stops. I don't feel I should be slandered by tom and do apologize if you feel your experience wasn't what you expected. Like I said, if your passenger said, tom, land in vegas for just 5 minutes, its on the way. Your boss would not let you stop for free. And waiting time on them jets aren't cheap either! Other than that tom did admit in his other emails that my service and my driver did a great job, so thanks for that compliment. We are the cars for the stars and meet all your corporate needs. The most unprofessional service I have encountered in 15 years of dealing with limousine services. This guy is a real piece of work. He overcharged us 90$ for a 5 minute stop 2 blocks from our destination. When I questioned him about it he hung up on me and then sent me several threatening email's. Luckily the credit card company knew he was trying to rip us off and refunded the money. Do not use this service! The owner is a crook. There are plenty of other services the FBO's can recommend.
