JET ADJUSTERS was founded with one purpose in mind: To train new insurance adjusters in a way to prepare them for the real-job challenges. Most adjuster training formats consist mainly of online training which is great but, afterwards; will they help you find a job? We envision a different approach. JET ADJUSTERS focuses on in-class training. This approach holds a new adjuster's hand from the first day of class until work is found. That is why we developed our four step process that allows a new adjuster to go through training to roster placement.
