The sellers of our house had Jesse do repair work on several items before we purchased it. He is not licensed and did a very poor job. We have morter type sealer all over the side of our house where he was supposed to "fix" the gaps between the chimney & house. He slopped the stuff all over the siding and caused more issues than fixing them. Now we have a leak in our house from this (per a licensed chimney specialist). He put a new porch post ontop of rotted wood. When he was asked to come evaluate the issues and repair his work, he refused. He gave excuses that things were not repaired because the seller could not get service at Low's. His work is not professional or quality. Please save your time, frustration, and money. Go with a licensed and professional contractor.
