Terrible -- never got the job done
4 no show visits, did their own fix rather than doing the requested, recommended manufacturers repair - never use again

they came to fix my frig said it would take 2 or 3 days for the part. It took from 9/22/14 to 10/10! for them to come back and fix the frig…No recommendation from me. they charge an $80 service charge…even when you decide to use their service…using their service was a big mistake I won't make again.

Needed repair on three appliances. Fixed a dishwaher but waited three weeks for a gasket. The other appliance took three months and four different techs. Awful. Switched everything I could to pseg worryfree just to avoid the nightmare. I mean, I had to look up how to repair my appliance on the internet to give the tech an idea....oh and three of them were late. Be prepared for the $200 bill just to walk through your door. A ripoff. Pseg has repairex two appliances, same day, no charge for $60/month worryfree plan. Never calling Jersey again. Yay!
