We have used Jeakins in the past, but recent results have been most disappointing. We called them for service on our refrigerator. They came and for $140 supposedly fixed the problem. But the next day, the refrigerator was still not working, so we called again. They came back and said we needed a part for $450 and then charged an additional $90 for the return visit, but still did not fix the problem. So we spent $230 for no results. I don't understand why they charge that much for a return visit with zero results. Just make sure you get an estimate before you ask them to come!
