I hired this company to install a membrane roof on a flat-roofed apartment building (picture a casserole dish). Several months later, I got a call from the tenants that water was pouring down the walls. The contractor had covered all the scuppers and drains, causing several inches of rainwater to collect on the roof. The fire department came, cut open the scuppers that had been covered, and pumped the water off the roof because it was so deep the roof was in danger of collapsing. The weight caused structural damage above the second story windows and the lintels had to be replaced (for several hundred dollars). When I called the roofer he told me that the one year warranty was up. How stupid can you get?
