This company insulated and lined my crawlspace. They also replaced the entry door. I had to call them to come back and install the door properly since the original foreman just installed it with 4 anchors and screws. I would've had to use a screwdriver to remove the door. I don't have power tools. My main water shutoff is in the crawlspace, so this was a real concern for me. The door was supposed to be installed with 2 toggle bolts, making access easy.. It took over a week for someone to come back to Louisville, KY. I'm upset that the door was not installed properly to begin with. For the amount of money I paid for their services I feel this was pretty unprofessional. Also, I feel that the door is a complete rip-off. The door is just a piece of plastic with a foam edging inside and the toggle bolts. For that amount of money I was execting a custom-fitted door; my big mistake. I contacted the owner and sales person and was told that basically I'm out the $500.
