My elderly mother's experience was distressing and disappointing. She waited almost 3 weeks for a fitting with no time left to correct the poor $125 work and cigarette smell in her dress before her flight to attend our wedding. Fortunately, my wife's seamstress was able to take apart virtually everything that had been done and was able to reconstruct the dress overnight for an additional $260. The quality of the work, the conditions of the shop, and the significant delay to do the work with no time left for corrections should make you think very carefully about your choice of a seamstress for any alterations. Perhaps other people have had better experiences.

Melissa, the lady that does the alterations, has had my prom dress for two weeks now, and is still not done altering it.I'm really worried, as there is only a week left until prom. It seems like she takes a really unreasonable amount of time to get anything done, and earlier this year she ruined another dress of mine, and I still had to pay for it. Save yourself the worry and look elsewhere for alterations.

Does quality work at reasonable prices, very timely turn arounds.

Not a reliable business. Very unprofessional and unorganized establishment. This company does not even deserve a rating. Takes months to complete work!
