I had my hair cut by Joy a few days ago. It's the best razor haircut I've had. I would defiantly recommend Joy, and I will go back to her for my next haircut. Thanks Joanne

I went to this salon because i heard it was one of the nicest in the area. IT ISNT. the floor was dirty. my stylist walked in straight from smoking a cigarette out front and i had to smell her the entiretime she did my hair. She left me in her chair to go chat with a coworker and fix her makeup while my color developed and I sat and stared at the wall. when i told her i liked my hair long she insulted me saying how disgusting my hair looked because i wouldnt let her cut the ends, actually raising her voice like i was her misbehaving child. Not the professional atmosphere the salon promises. I should have gone to supercuts, at least there you get what you pay for. Maybe i got unlucky with this particular stylist im sure they are not all the same. but i wouldnt recommend them. when i go to a salon i want to relax in a clean environment, not a smoky obnoxious one.

worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spent $100s of dollars, and got ruined hair with no refund. I tell everyone I know, do not go! I wish I knew of the other horror stories I've heard about since my humiliating experience.
