Very amiable and prompt to respond, but that is were the customer service ends. Indigo designed our septic system, but were very afraid to ensure that the installer Arness adhered to the design. They did not want to "rock the boat". We are not engineers but were asked to make engineering decisions when Arness installed the wrong equipment. They said we could decide to let the pump stay. Our contract also said that final payment would be done on receipt of final documents. Two months past before we were told that the documents were not submitted to the County because they were waiting for final payment. Apparently, this company gets business from Arness Septic so they did not want to ruffle any feathers when the engineering specs were not adhered to. After much prompting, we finally got a septic system that worked, but it was a long costly challenge. Bottom line, if your septic is being installed -- be at home with design in hand and don't let the installer or designer film flam
