      A Mobile Home Community like No Other in Troy and The Surrounding Areas

      We are a mobile home community located less then 2 miles outside of Troy, Alabama. We offer a large club house featuring a pool with palm trees and a lazy river. Inside the club house you are able to use other services like laundry, gym, and we also have a couple of tanning beds. The owners are available on site almost every day of the week to help answer any questions you might have. We have security that patrols the park 24 hours a day making our park always feel safe. Our guests here range from students to families and we offer something for everyone. You owe it to yourself to come see us before making your next decision where to live. The owner Jim will give you a tour of the park on the golf cart that can seat up to 6. You Have Never Seen A Mobile Home Park That Offers What We Do
