Leslie M. Jester has worked as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2002. She covers the New River Valley, to include Montgomery County, Giles County, Pulaski County and Radford City. Leslie is an FHA Approved Appraiser. Leslie is a Certified Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute. She is a member of the New River Valley Association of Realtors, New River Valley Home Builders Association and the Rotary Club of Blacksburg.
