General Info

As a mobile notary I bring my services to you at your office, home or a predetermined meeting place. Because the I travel to you I essentially charge you for my travel time, expenses and the notarization fees. Why should you choose me over all of the others?  I offer my services at an hourly rate and only charge for mileage if I have to travel more than 10 miles from my base of operation. I offer a discounted rate for senior citizens, people with disabilites and those acting on behalf of the afore mentioned persons. I can travel to you anywhere with in the Middlesex & Essex county areas; there is an extra fee to travel into Boston between 6am & 6pm. I will always provide you with your own copy of all signed documents at no extra fee. I offer numerous methods of payment including cash, check, invoice, paypal and money order I have done signings at nursing homes, extended care facilities and hospitals where I have been contracted by a family member for a power of attorney, by a caregiver of children while their parent was hospitalized and by a staff member for the purpose of transferring medical records I would welcome any offers of contractual relationships for continued services and would be happy to invoice any business under those terms. I have done this with a national trucking company for the purpose of notarizing driver's record releases for their Dispatch department I have Construction industry experience so I am very familiar with AIA billings, MA DOT billings, Waivers of Lien, etc. I have done numerous notarizations on those types of documents and contracts I am a member of the American Association of Notaries and listed on all of the other top Notary Directories
