Approximately 1 million hospitalizations occur each year for patients with this condition, which in many cases could have been curtailed at the onset of or exacerbation of symptoms in the home. Heart Care at Home offers a distinct, specialized approach to home care. We do not only offer broad based interdisciplinary services, but also provide skilled cardiopulmonary assessment and tr eatment that traditionally requires a controlled, hospitalized setting. Heart Care at Home is a freestanding, privately owned home health agency that provides home care services to adult clients in the greater Oklahoma City area. Heart Care at Home specializes in cardiovascular and pulmonary home care. The staff at Heart Care at Home is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
