Paid twice to fix one problem, all together, it was almost as much as I paid for the refrigerator in the first place. Also, these guys are SUPER aggressive about collections, called one day after the repair demanding payment, would not send an invoice, credit card on the phone only. Tone was grumpy and suspicious, like I was not to be trusted. Guess they've been burned or something, but not the best customer service experience. These guys aren't worth the hassle, better off using someone else.

The repair took about 15 minutes. Shop representative stated the labor charged was the rate for 30 - 45 minutes. $81. Gas (yes I said gas) for this 2.3 mile trek to my home. $5. Part, I don t even want to look up the market value of $85. I like to patronize local businesses, but sometimes I do pay the price! $251 for an $85 part and 15 minutes of labor.
