This is my second review. Guess you didn't like what i had to say. It's not there. I would never rent from this property management co. They show bad faith and keep deposits even though they know what they did!

I rented a unit from Hallmark management. I would never recommend renting to one of their properties. They renovated and put new wood floors, stainless steal appliances and travertine tile in the bathroom. You think it's nice at first, but just wait until you live there for a while. They increased the rent after renovation and kicked out long term tenants. But not all.. We put up with prostitution, illegal drugs, and other activity and worst of all the infestation of roaches! They call this pace a luxuary apartment! After a very long 3 years there, we finally got our opportunity to go.. But, with consiquences. Our deposit was mostly taken away by things that were not our fault. The shot out construction led us to pay for broken glass on a stove. I believe it was a stress crack! They shoved the stove in to such a tight place and had electrical problems which led to the stove being moved in and out. Now, $357.00 later I'm paying for that glass. I am so happy to be out of that hell hole!
