I have rented from Hager Rental for over 3 years now. Got a new energy efficient heating and cooling system and never had to ask for it! If anything has ever been wrong they fixed the problem in a reasonable time frame. I'm never late on my rent, therefore when you show them respect you get respect back! The wall's are painted nicely, wonderful light fixtures in all rooms, appliances are up to date, back deck is spacious, cabinets are new, very easy to clean windows and the biggest plus is the rent is very affordable!!!

Hager Rental is the worse place I have ever rented from. I can not get maintanance to fix anything. Plus the landscapers destroy anything you place in your lawn like solar lights. Our air conditioner hasn't worked on the upper floor since we have lived there. Staff is hateful. Apartment was broken into by someone with a key to the doors. They never change the locks by the way. That information came from a neighbor thats lived here for 14 yrs. Trash all over the place, Window treatments are awful. I have lived in my apartment for 8 months and we are moving out the middle of October. I would never suggest any of Hagers property to rent or own from. Its disgusting!

property has not been painted in about 4 years, i know this because i have lived here for that amount of time. there is also always trash all over the property. overall looks run down and i would not really recommend to anyone. also if anything is wrong in your apartment, it might take about a month to get it repaired.
