I had a really good experience with Mick. I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, after a long day at work and was late picking up my kids. I thought this day was the worst one of my life but their answering person was so empathetic and made me feel like I did not have to worry about anything. She even called the daycare my kids were at while Mick was changing my tire to let them know I was running a little late. Their service is superior and I recommend this company to EVERYBODY!

She originally tried to send her husband, but he was engaged in a jeep rescue. Meanwhile, by phone, she kept us company and in good cheer as darkness set in. Called us back with good news that she had arranged for Bobby of I285 towing to come get us...we were glad to see him!
