      Poor customer service, furniture damaged, items lost, bed/crib assembled incorrectly

      Our 3 movers managed to finish their job at exactly the minimum estimated time-surprise. Towards the end, one of the guys was often standing around or telling the other 2 what to do instead of moving/assembling things himself. I called and spoke with a VP several times over the course of a couple months; each time I was promised things would be resolved. They sent out a fix-it guy after a few weeks who patched some wood damage and told us our beds were assembled incorrectly. But they never resolved the lost and totally broken items. I finally gave up. But will never use this company again.
