Horrible customer service! We cancelled in writing and have never heard back. We have cancelled both our house and our business. This is the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Terrible!

My husband was the person who signed the contract. Even though he is deceased and I am selling the house, the contract will remain in effect. I still have to pay the remaining months even if I move. I plan to keep the plan as long as I am here. The only way out is to have the new owners take over the contract once I am gone. The service is good, however. I can't default that. Just seems there should be a better way of cancelling under the circumstances.

Poor customer service, and 3 year contracts that seem to renew without notice.
