I was very impressed with the on-site inspection and with the completed paper inspection. The inspector was very thorough in descriptions of what needed to be fixed/replaced in the home and was helpful in describing things to "watch." "I would highly recommend (and have recommended) Jason Boni as a home inspector. We hired Jason twice to do a thorough inspection of homes we were looking to purchase. The first home he inspected turned out to have major problems, things we would have never seen as first time home buyers. Jason patiently went through every single one of our questions, showed us the issues (as well as provided us documentation with pictures) and explained everything in terms we understood.
