My review is for the Service center, the body shop is nice and offers quality work. However I had my car sent in for a clutch replacement which came back working great, however when I went home I looked under the engine bay and my upper manifold was gouged and scratched which is ridiculous. Somebody doesn't know how to use an engine hoist. Additionally there were deep scratches on my rear bumper that where not there when I dropped it off. I'm investigating for further damage when it stops snowing.
I took my Jeep to Gordon's for a sagging driver's door. The door would not close properly and had metal tears on latch. Gordon's replaced my hinge pins and repaired the damage to my door. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Gordon's to anyone. Not only was their work very well done, they were the lowest estimate that I recieved, and my bill did not exceed the estimate.
