The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company in general! Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Day after I had alarm system installed. First thing in the morning I had a visit from a police officer for a false alarm. Global alarm stated we were doing something wrong, that we entered code incorrectly. Then a few hours later another silent alarm was given. I called global to be transferred to an incompetent and extremely rude technician. I was told it was a coding issue and he would have it fixed by the afternoon. Around 4:30 that afternoon another visit from a police officer. I called again and was given to the same rude technician, I let him know I have a police officer here again and I thought thiz was supposed to be fixed and he responds he did fix it- then why is there an officer at my door? He hangs up on me! Worst customer service ever! I called back to speak to owner and they give me to manager- absolutely no apology for his employee's behavior.
