Gladney Center for Adoption, located in Tulsa, Okla., is a nonprofit adoption agency and maternity service specializing in international and domestic adoptions. Founded more than 100 years ago, it has placed more than 27,000 children in forever homes and assisting over 36,000 birth mothers. For adoptive parents it offers various services, including international and domestic adoption programs, counseling and education about adoption, legal services, access to parent support groups nationwide, permanent maintenance of vital adoption records, parenting education and post-adoption services. For birth mothers it offers services, such as a residential opportunity offering support through the adoption process, private medical care, individual, peer and group counseling and legal services.
