We bought a home elevator from this company a few years ago. (a LEV elevator) they were delightful to work with while purchasing and installing....BUT. There is virtually no service after the sell. For the past year we have been trying to get them to come out and fix our elevator. Recently the elevator stopped completely we were able to get in touch with him and he said he would send someone out. He has not done so and is now not answering our calls (both to his business line and his cell phone). Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company. NOT THIS ONE. Would you want your disabled loved one stuck on the second floor for days on end? that is what we are dealing with right now because he won't send someone out to fix the elevator. We are now contacting ThyssenKrupp (the manufacturer) and the BBB about this company. note: this company also goes by the nameS of GEORGIA ELEVATOR.and MOBILITY SPECIALISTS, LLC
