From an on site visit by the actual owner shows a potential client that this busness is serious about what they do. Having purchased two stoves from them has been nothing short of enjoyable. From the crew sent to install the unit, to explaining the care and operations. They are true professionals! All business, and no double talk. Highly recomended,AA+

I stopped at Frost & Flame a few weeks ago. I wasn't exactly sure where they were located so after a few missed starts I arrived after their closing time. I knocked on the door and someone answered and agreeably answered my questions. I didn't purchase anything at the time but after that customer experience I am planning to go back and discuss fireplace inserts with them.

terrible customer service, they acted like they were doing me a favor selling me a wood stove. they charge an outrageous installation fee for a large stove. there are so few stove dealers in the area, i think they have a lock on the market , so they dont care about the customer.
