I want to thank Brian for his help in not only towing my grandson's car but also for his help in getting what we needed for the repair and his and Jans' help in getting it on a transport back to Prescott, AZ--Brian took his time to fix the can when he didn't need to do anything and we greatly appreciated their caring enough to help us from a long distance to get this done--The prices were fair and very reasonable and we feel they are very honest and caring people. The other person that I would like to thank is Jan in the office--Without her help we would still be wondering how to get this done. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Frank's CHARGED $241.50 AN HOUR FOR A TOTAL BILL OF $394.18. My car broke down in a parking lot and I told the store to please not tow until I came back, and I had to literally run a mile down the road to pick up my child. When I came back in a couple hours FRANks had towed my broken down car and So on top of an incredibly stressful day, having to literally RUN to get my child, THIS HORRIBLE TOW COMPANY HAS BILKED me of $400. Imagine if you have to pay to get your BROKEN down car back from this company that takes advantage of its position THEN you still have to come up with the money on top of this to repair your broken Car. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
