Was charged $20.00 plus tax for a car wash which was never received. Didn't notice that the car wasn't washed until I had already left the facility and was on my way home. I promptly called on my way home and notified them. My wife got on the phone while I was driving and was told, why should they take her word for it that the car wasn't washed. When they finally checked their records they indeed discovered that the service was not performed and was credited for the mistake after three days.

I have been parking at Flight Park in Nashville for almost two years (yes...every week!) Best deal out there and they take such good care of me and my car!

Great service I use them all the time. Will never park anywhere else again. They take care of business.

Parked car there for about 5 days, during that time apparently one of their employees backed the car into a fence damaging the bumper( Fence had been backed into so many times it had two posts broken off at the ground). They refused to make any repairs to the bumper. They claim to have cameras monitoring the lot but, of the 12 to 16 cameras on lot only 3 to 4 appeared to work when they tried to show me where the car had been parked. The camera that could have shown if the car had been backed into the fence was one of the cameras that didn't work. I was told it had not worked since they backed a car into the same fence damaging the cameras cable. We will never use them again.
