Less than a star!

Here's what First Merchants Bank did to me-Dec 26th, day after Xmas, the Greenwood Mall Parking lot in Greenwood, In, full to the max-parked in First Merchants lot, tow truck had already started towing away my car, had someone else's car on the tow truck-this is on a Sunday, no bank business because they are not open on Sunday-tow truck service made $100.00 off me and then another $100.00 off the car on the tow truck (which, by the way my husband loaned him because the tow truck service would not take checks or debit cards, and since he had 3 little children with no way to get out of the freezing weather, it was the right thing to do). In Indianapolis, even in the busy downtown area, you can park for free after a certain time on Sat evening and all day on Sunday. What does it hurt the First Merchants bank on a Sunday that they are not even open for business???? And its not like First Merchants have such a big lot that cars would be parked all over their lot-actually, there were only 3 cars, because there wasnt that much space to park since there was quite an accumulation on snow piled up. I don't get it-tis the season to be charitable and kind-oh, yeah, that's right-the tow truck company hired by First Merchants, needed the money, right??? By the way, that tow truck company is Hannah's Towtruck Service. I quess it doesnt matter or will even bother the bank, since we are not customers-but would it have mattered anyway? JUST DONT PARK IN THEIR LOT ON AN OFF BUSINESS DAY-SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE THE MONEY, RIGHT???
