After the guy who hit me car insurance kept dragging their feet to assess the damages on my car, I called fenzas. Donna and Lillian really know their stuff. Donna is so knowledgeable about insurance laws, etc. etc. They both helped me to feel comfortable and removed my anxiety. I loved my rental car. I felt special and cared for by Fenza's and would most certainly yse them again.

I can't say enough about Fenza's Auto Body. I've been dealing with them since the early 1980's. My latest dealing with them was all. Come in and meet "Feisty Fighting Donna". If you're getting the run-around from an insurance company, you'll want her on your team. She will fight for you because she's cares. She has 35 years of experience and you'll know it when you speak with her. She knows the business. It's a one-stop shop! Get your repair and rental at the same time. The guys in the body shop do excellent work. They'll have your car looking like it was never damaged. Paint is a perfect match. FRIENDLY, CARING, EFFICIENT, GUARANTEE SATISFACTION. If you care about your car after an accident, take it to Fenza's Auto Body in Chester Pa. I will never trust anyone else to do my body work. Lillian is an asset to the company too. Ralph and I are from Aston, new to the area from New Hampshire..My husband works at Boeing...We were transferred here because of his job. Anyway, he hit a deer and asked people at work where he should go for repairs. Our bloody insurance company steered us to use one of their low budget "so called network shops", but everyone at Boeing said that we should go to Fenza'S and we did and we were thankful for the referral.

We have dealt with Fenza's for many years, and have always been happy with the outcome. They are courteous, professional and thorough and always made a bad time much easier to deal with. They have always taken control and handled everything seamlessly and have given us much helpful advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work.
Our family has used Fenza's Auto Body several times and every time we were amazed at what awesome work they do.
