a few years ago the town we live in decided to include trash pickup into our taxes. I have to call at least once a month because they forget to pick up our trash. They once refused to pick it up because we use a Waste Management trashcan (which we purchased from WM). The next week the lid from our trash can was broken off. When I called to complain I was told unless I had them breaking it on video I couldn't prove they broke it. My advice, unless you are forced to use them, look elsewhere.

I have been using their service for years. They have been pleasant to deal with and have always picked up when they were supposed to.

They refused to pick up my trash. When I called multiple times they finally came and picked it up and I was informed that the trash that I put out wasn't garbage. When I opened a bag and showed them it was trash, the person got rude and drove away mad. Very unbuisness like.

We are finally fed up with their poor service. They missed our pick up for the upteenth time and when we contacted them to remove the week's fee, the response was, "Well, we picked up double the next week". Bye!

everytime they pick up our trash they leave a mess behind. today they left broken glass all over the rd in front of my house .or they never empty the garbage can all the way.they also whip the garbage cans in the yards,driveways or rd cracking the new cans we just bought ,and making us have to run out and get them before someone hits them with their car.some of this we deal with but there's alot of children in this galeville area and the broken glass makes me angry.

I canceled service because of sloppy service. company had the nerve to send me a bill for $ 92.65 for "their" garbage can. When I call and told them that I had paid for garbage can they stated that it was a "rental". Not wanting to argue further I informed them I would put garbage out to curb for them to pick it up on Friday Sept. 28th. Garbage can has been out since Sept. 28th but has not been picked up yet.

This company should be indicted on fraud charges. They take your money and provide no service. When you call to complain the offer no resolution.
