FamilyWire is like that controversial app based taxi service, but for Computer Support, only there is nothing controversial, and no app yet. The reason for that analogy is that we are a cloud based IT computer support company with independently contracted computer support specialists that have the ability to work anywhere, and come to work when you schedule an appointment with them; our support specialists are located in the USA. FamilyWire provides all of the tools that the support specialists use, so you remain a FamilyWire customer from beginning to end. You make the payment to us via PayPal on our checkout page, and that information remains private and secure. Remote desktop connections are recorded, and our support specialists have company email addresses.
