Shady stuff going on. Had a family member ordered to do a domestic violence evaluation (they were the victim) and tried to schedule for months. Once in the training therapist took down all of the information and then told them "I cant do your evaluation due to a conflict of interest" Wouldn't you think that would have been disclosed prior to obtaining information that will probably be passed along to their friend/relative the aggressor...Who's doing the monitoring of such unethical behavior...
