Early Head Start, Head Start & State Pre-K Promotes Healthy Prenatal Outcomes for Pregnant Women, to Enhance Infant and Toddler Development, and to promote healthy Family Functioning. Early Head Start SErvices aare provided in Bradley County. Head Start and Pre-K offers a Comprehensive, Early Childhood Education Program to Families In Bradley, Polk, McMinn, and Meigs Counties. FRA also provides these services to 6 counties in NW Georgia. Family Violence Program: Serves Victims of Domestic Ciolence and Their Minor, Dependent Children with Services Such as Shelter(Harbor Safe House), Hotline, Crisis Counseling, Public Education, Referrals, Advocacy, and (Court) Support Groups.
