Had to short sell our house, and was embarrassed to call and explain our situation to get movers. They were pretty cool. Guess they deal with it alot. But it was still nice that they didn't make me and my kids feel like we were being thrown out of our home. They were kind, and even gave us a housewarming gift for our new house. Really...what company does that??!! I was touched.

I had to call last minute, so I was kind of "kooky", but I got the greatest nicest sweetest person on the phone!! She was able to help me, and explained everything so well. I hoped the movers would be as nice as she was. They were! What a nice company! I know why they are called Family Movers...makes you feel that way! Thank you...

The quality of service must depend on where you live. I live in Las Vegas, and the service was an absolute nightmare. They were several hours late and didn't even apologize. Don't do it!
