I used them a few yrs ago - and it was an awful experience. 3x what they estimated and nothing but griping & complaining from a couple of the guys doing the moving. They stole some tools. I reported them to BBB and the issue went to abitration. When they agreed to pay me back $300 in the process, they balked when I went in to the office to get the check. I basically had to get it 3 separate checks, a month apart - after I threatened to bring in legal authorities for non-payment of an agreed upon debt. These guys are scheisters to the biggest magnitude you can imagine. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY MOVES YOU HAVE PLANNED!

Awful. They called saying they were running late and then never showed up. They were rude over the phone. You would be crazy to use their service

Very Slow, and not careful moving your things. First only three guys showed up when there was supposed to be four. Second they did not move any clothes or pictures. Third Chipped several peices of furniture and then asked for an additional 75 dollars. They also tore the flooring the the utility room.Will not use again.

We set up a move on Saturday morning and requested to be the first move at 8 am. Exodus says "great". "We've got you at 8am on Saturday". Come Saturday, no movers. We called and called trying to see where they were. No answer.They finally show up at noon. When they show up and we ask why they are late, the Exodus mover says "Go call someone else to move you". Ok.. When we talked to their supervisor he said we had to "give them a 2 hour window" "its like the gas company or at&t".. We said "We're the first move, why do you need a two hour window plus you are 4 hours late. Granted we were frustrated and not very cordial on the phone but what he did next was what gives them the 1 star. The supervisor asked to speak to his driver. They speak for a minute. Then the four movers get in the truck and leave. No discussion. They just left. After being 4 hours late. The movers were rude, defensive, and abandoned us while we are all packed in boxes. I would never recommend Exodus movers to anyone

Bobby and his guys were running an excellent special. We got four guys for about the same as other companies wanted for two guys. Also, he really bailed me out. We originally had arrangements with another company to come on Saturday evening, and they didn't show. I was stuck looking for someone to move us in the next 36 hours, and I couldn't even start looking until after 10 pm that night. He called back on Sunday afternoon and promised to be on time Monday morning. If you're looking for dependable and affordable service, look no further.

I used the service of this company to move a treadmill. They offered a reasonable price and arranged to pick up on short notice. They were prompt, courteous and took very good care of the equipment. I recommend this company to my friends .

The leasing agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties she gave to me. The movers were the best I have ever used. They sent out 4 guys who wrapped all my furniture and we were done in less than 2 hrs.T Carvalho-Plano

THis company arrived 4 hours late and never called to advise. Did not want to move "approved" items and wanted to charge outrageous amounts for mileage. WILL NEVER REFER!!!
