I recently returned from a cross-country trip with a pet who had surgery. I called a few limousine and cab companies I have engaged in the past and none of them could guarantee a punctual pick-up at LAX, a vehicle with adequate space for my pet crate, or a driver who could be careful with my four-legged patient. Furthermore, they all wanted to charge an outrageous fee.
