Estes & Gallup took a 100 year old building down the framing structure and completely rebuilt it. As much of the work was done around the occupancy of existing tenants, this project required an extremely high-level of coordination and communication. This project was fast-tracked on the fit-up side, and the finished product highlights the use of extensive masonry and heavy timber trusses with exposed beams.
