I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, and Accupressure massage. Having studied pre-med for two years, the anatomy and physiology comes easily to me. I am a pianist as well, and I give my musical ability credit for my rhythmic and expressive flow as I massage. Here's my perspective on the therapeutic massage process; a fantastic massage experience is both science and art; manipulating muscles and tissues to enhance bodily health, and touching expressively, with rhythmic flow, to relieve stress, uplift, energize, and thus enhance emotional health. That's my definition, and that means you want a practitioner with fantastic touch technique and understanding of anatomy/physiology, and I have that. But you also want someone who will really connect with you and communicate caring, soothing, comfort as they touch you in a nurturing and safe way.
