We've been using EPS for our credit card processing over four years and am very happy with their low rates and great customer service. We even added the no credit check payment plan and its amazing- pays for itself ten fold and brings in new customers that otherwise wouldn't be spending money. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Extremely poor customer service! You can't never can get anyone to help with any issues you have!

I've had many problems with my credit card terminal not working properly, and when I called to try to get help the hold time is extremely long. When you do get someone to help they don't know how to fix the problem. The problem then takes 1week or 2 to get the problem resolved. The customer service department is extremely rude, again the hold time to get anyone is long. I can't stress that enough. I've tried on numerous occasions to get a supervisor of customer service to try to help, and the only thing you get is her voice mail. Leaving a message is worthless, because no one ever returns your call. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all to anyone. You would be very upset that you did.
