I was very nervous about using Emerald Pools after reading the review below. I discussed the situation with the owner Bill McCollum. He assured me that he would do an excellent job with our pool. We went ahead and used Emerald Pools for our pool liner. I am glad to say that Bill did an excellent job with our pool. He was always helpful to answer any questions and never failed to answer his phone. I would be glad to reccommend Emerald Pool to anyone that needs pool repair. Very satisified customer in Donalds, SC. Great Pear jam. So if you see a bad comment about a company don't be afraid to discuss it with them, you might be missing out on working with a good company at a much better rate than some of these high cost companies. I had a great experience w/ Emerald. The owner is always quick to answer the phone. The pool liner was installed in a very timely manner and the work is quality. The owner is trust worthy and honest. The final payment I made was lost in the mail and the owner covered the bank stop payment costs. Infact he met me at my house to pick up the check to avoid me having to use another stamp. I think you would be well advised to use Emerald. My recommendation is to get involved in the process of your pool. The owner is very willing to explain all aspects of the installation and I had many interesting conversations with him. All in all, I'm very happy with the product and the price was competative.
