Excellent service!!! It began with the tow truck driver. Very professional and informative! I ask if his shop could do my repair rather the nearest Ford Dealership and over pay big time. He took my car to his shop and I am very happy with there repair. They worked tirelessly finding parts that met my budget!! Do not use Elmer's.. The owner uses low skilled Mechanics.. Doesn't care about his customers.. Tow truck driver showed up obviously high on narcotics.. Over the years ran across multiple ex employees who have nothing good to say about their treatment.

Very bad service. Multiple problems found with the last repair done. Both mechanics and tow truck drivers will treat you as if they are doing you a favor by you bringing your service needs to them.

Mike the driver called to advise me he was around the corner. Mike offered a suggestion on how to repair the vehicle but I wanted a mechanic to work on the car. Mike was great. I was from out of town and was at Elmer's mercy. Go to these folks. A great way to run a business.

I had called Elmers since my motor when out on Hwy. 301 coming home from a doctors appointment and on my way to work. I had called them from a reference from Bob at Scott's Auto Repair I received. They were GREAT and made it to my vehicle within 12 minutes. The towing person named Mike was very nice and quick at getting the truck towed. Mike also was excellent in customer service and offered me a ride to work.! Who does that anymore!!!?? I would recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB AND SERVICE; Thank You!

Was saved by Brian of Elmers. I broke down on I-75 near exit 220 on my way to Ft Myers. Brian made me feel at ease and brought me to Ft Myers in a timely manner. I am a AAA member, and he called me to keep me posted of his arrival time. He was even a little early to arrive to rescue me. It turned out the engine blew and I have never been in a situation like this. Brian is definitely a keeper.

Extremely poor service, I would not want it for free. Tool Truck pickup my car around noon, and delivered to the Service Repair at 5:00PM, only 14 miles distance. After one hour I called trying to find out about the whereabouts of my car and had the phone hung up on me. They never called me to explain why my car was in limbo. I had to call AAA and demand an explanation. I called Elmers Automotive many times and every time they told me that truck was getting to the repair shop in 10 minutes because the tool truck had a tire problem.

My auto started running "HOT" started leaking fluid from underneath. We called AAA and they recommended ( Elmer's Auto & Towing ) Thank you AAA & Elmer's Fast, Good, service. Great repair. Nice People to do business with.

elmers automotive and towing as a whole might be doing everything they can to serve the people of bradenton right, however there choice in employees is very poor. I say this because of bad a bad experience i had with one of their drivers. he was hired by AAA that night to tow my car home. Of course being a AAA and because my plan covers 5 miles; after 5 miles its 50 bucks. that night the total distance he was towing my car was less than five miles, therefore i was not supposed to get charged at all. well the self-interested driver from elmers thought otherwise and falsely told me i did owe him 50 dollars after i had asked if i really did, he looked at me paused for a second and took my money without making sign anywhere or giving me any receipt of the transaction(i should of took that as a sign that i was getting scamed). When i called AAA to make sure that i was supposed to pay him, they told me i was not supposed to pay a single penny. when they called the driver he denied the accusa

the best service ever. Towed my car professionally, offered their AAA Aproved Garage, repaired my car and delivered it back to me within 3 hours. Made a bad day a really good day to know people do care

Outstanding service. I was broke down on I75. A tow truck came in 15 minutes. Elmers took me back to their AAA AProved repair facility and installed a alternator did a safety check and I was back on my way in no time at all. For a bad situation Elmers rescued me. Cudos to Elmers
