I contracted with Elite Limousine for a vintage get-away car for my son's wedding. The car was to arrive at the reception venue for a 10:30 p.m. departure. THE CAR NEVER ARRIVED!! At 10:28 p.m. the reception venue manager called the company only to learn that the car had "broken down" and that it would be at least 20 minutes for a substitute car to arrive. Because the venue would have charged extra for the delay (and the bride's parents would have had to pay,) I declined the substitute car. Despite having my cell phone number on the contract, the owner NEVER called me! I did receive an email the following Monday, in which the owner told me that he would issue a credit back to my credit card for the fee. That took a week and a half.
