I had a horrible experience with Edgewater Rain Gutters! I called and made an appointment for an estimate, only for them to be a no show. After speaking to them, they admitted that they forgot to put my appointment in their schedule. They came a week later and gave me an estimate. I decided to give them a second chance since they had done work for me in the past. I was scheduled for a 9:30am installation. At 10:00am they call and say that they will be at least 2 hours late because they were far away and still needed to get material for the job. Combining the missed appointment and the late start, I had lost almost an entire day of work because of them. Finally, I told them not to bother with the installation. I cannot work with a company that has such poor customer service, is unprepared and lack professionalism. I gave them a second chance, was loyal and still ended up needing to find another company to install my gutters. I do not recommend this company!

I called and the receptionist made an appointment for four days later. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I called again and left a message. No one called me back.

They were very prompt and always returned my phone calls with any questions I had. Installation crew was very professional and cleaned everything up very well when job was done. I have recommended them to many people, as everyone has said how beautiful my new gutters look.

Very good company, calls back when they say they will, shows up when they say they will, did a good job putting up gutters. Would use again and recommend.
