Horrible customer service. When we first starting doing business with them, they didn't want you to notify them about filling your tank until it was between 18%-20%. Called last Monday, tank was around 15% (it was 18% on Saturday). As of last Friday, nothing. Called again to let them know that we were at 5%. As of this past Monday, called again. Told we were supposed to call when we were between 25%-30%, they will try and get to us in the next couple of days. Today our tank is empty! They change the rules to fit their agenda. In the spring we will be buying our own tank and change companies. I don't care if we have to pay more per gallon; we are willing to pay to customer service.

I have ordered gas several times at least two weeks in advance and have they have not delivered in a timely manner I have run out of gas when the temperature was in the teens. When I called they really didn't care. Told me they have a lots of people calling needing gas and they would get to me when they could. In the meantime I have children and we are living in a house with no heat. How is that for service. They should be reported to the BB.

I've done business with this company for the past two years. They have best best prices I have been able to find and since they have a new office personel the service has been wonderful! I would recomend this company to any one.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! My mother has bought propane from this company for several years. In January, her gas was near empty and I went with her to the Dickson office because she had called them and they had not brought any gas. While we were there, they quoted gas at $1.99 a gallon on the phone, but when they delivered the gas to my mother, they charged her $2.19 a gallon. She also thought she had prepaid but they said she had not. Then the charged her interest for being late in paying and harassed her for payment.
