I wish there was less than a 1 star rating that's what I would give them, nightmare last 4 years trying to get a delivery , phone calls go unanswered , messages everything. just got a delivery today, im told their is new management running things , will see what happens, ive put up with them only because their prices always seem to be better than anyones else, but this is the last straw good price or not

This place defiantly sucks. I have left 4 messages and no one will call you. They at least owe their customers an explanation. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. Got to find a new gas company one that will service you.

I have called and left at least 8 messages since Dec 1st 2017 to order gas because it is out now not when I started calling. No one answers the phone or returns messages left every time. I have even driven over to their office and no one is there during business hours. I even left messages for their service department. I guess they do not care that their are people freezing in their homes. It is bad when you have to take your children to someone else's home because you cannot keep them warm. I had to call another gas company and ask them to change out our tanks and start business with them. By the way they answered the phone and are willing to help us. Eastern Carolina Propane just as well go out of business because I am not the only one in this town complaining about them. If your business is closing you should respectfully send out letters to let customers know so that they can get service elsewhere.
